Things to discuss/agree on Thursday

1. Getting rid of python functions and scripts #simplify @dokato 
2. Creating and working in branches rather than on main branch. 
3. Are we aiming for a CRAN package? Is this feasible? What about ROpenSci instead?
4. Making package work with Travis CI (need to encrypt our API details, I think)
