Automatic transport-corrected XS generation

Is it possible to add a feature that automatically applies the transport correction when generating multi-group cross-sections in SCONE, rather than having to do this manually during post-processing?

Yes this would be fairly easy, just more book keeping:
add a finer energy grid, store flux and scattering data, and collapse while processing. The thing I see as the most annoying is to automate how to collapse between fine and coarse energy grid, making sure the boundaries overlap (one way to do it could be to just subdivide the coarse grid logarithmically in a user defined number of sub-intervals in between groups).

Ah, you mean for the more accurate computation of the transport cross section? I think @Suark94 means simply not having to post-process the scattering matrix diagonals and scattering multiplicities? But more accurate collapsing would also be good, of course.
