[Feature Request] Right-click & Left-click commands

Hey! I wanted to add a command to the spyglass but it executes when I zoom in. Is there a way to make it so it executes when left-clicking (punching) the item?
Also a way to add 2 commands to an item by adding left-click and right-click commands at the same time
