Project Name Not inherited by Newly generated Site Records
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open field data with a project name, add site, add specimen, new label did not inherit the project name.
Expected behavior
newly generated records should inherite project names (possibly only if apply to all is checked)
