enhancements(dev-x): CLI cedar-pluck tool improvements

When you use npx cedar-os-cli pluck-component

• the scrolling and selecting elements is buggy (it re-prints everything on every single item)
• components.json equivalent to specify path name
• imports should adjust to the components.json path
• Do dependent items just get overridden?

T2 Changes

• if you've edited components, there should be a way to edit things
