Payment made but credits not updated

Just to confirm, have you already used up the 5 free prompts, and are you still able to keep using ChatAndBuild normally?

I think so, but that's because it keeps failing at building and completed a project, and I had to keep trying! I shouldn't be charged credits if it fails, right? And it always showed 0 credits for me, never increased. I won't say I was able to keep using it 'normally' as sometimes it just won't be responsive and I have to reload.

Hi I am Trina from Singapore. I made full payment on Nov 1 at USD20 as there was no place to put in the discount code for AOAI. Also there seems to be a bug as sometimes my account shows zero credits so my chatandbuilt shows error and cannot complete the build out. I am unable to complete my build. But since you’re on a tight timeline, can you please try refreshing the page, then log out and log back in to see if it’s resolved on your end before I report the fix to you?

Hi @derekchrane, about the build failing / project not completing, this usually happens when:

• The prompt is too long or includes too many features at once, or
• The prompt isn’t specific enough
  This makes the AI overload and freeze mid-process.

My go-to trick to avoid this:

1. Copy your original prompt into ChatGPT and ask it to split it into smaller, bite-sized prompts, each focusing on one update or feature at a time.
2. That way, it builds smoother and faster with fewer errors.
