Duplicate email dies ungracefully #3
Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create account with given email
2. create second account with same email
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Graceful error reporting.
Instead you get a ruby back trace that at least tells you that it failed
validation due to the email already being taken.
