Can't use notification for incoming calls

Steps to reproduce the bug

Actual behaviour

I can't answer calls when using the pop up notification mode.

Expected behavior

I'd expect the notification to appear, but it doesn't

Logs

I can't access a computer to allow logcat to get the logs but I don't think they'd be useful. Checking Koler's permissions in the android settings I see that notifications are off and I can't turn them on because it says "This app does not send notifications"
