Set the Onstartup default value to false

Hello! Thanks for your work. Loam has boosted my productivity and helped me with taking notes while coding. it has replaced my usage of LogSeq while navigating huge codebases

I would like to report this behaviour that I have noticed that whenever I'm reloading Vscode. The daily journal opens by default. it took me a couple of minute to change. But I beleive a sane default would be to not have Loam opens the default jorunal by default and be up to the user to use. Considering that in my use case, I might have multiple Vscode windows running for different repos/directories, and Loam started to get on the way

Ooh, thank you for finding this! This particular behavior had been a pain point for me as well, but I hadn't yet gone looking for a fix.
