Add a stringified/readable ingredient for LRT Escalator/Elevator Outages trigger

Currently, the trigger only returns JSON stringified objects which limits its functionality to applets that use filter code.

Add an ingredient (or two) that converts this JSON object into strings that are much more readable. Current ingredients are Outages and Fixed but could also include something like OutagesString and/or FixedString.

We could probably send over the string ingredients without saving them in the cache. Here is where we should append the data to.

I like this idea. Given that we're already going through review with IFTTT, when would you like to do this? Would you like to wait until we pass review, or should we submit this before and enter review again?

I was thinking of doing this before, but I think I should focus on the generic trigger right now. I'd like to wait to do it after we pass the review.
