Throughput measurements

Ideally, we would measure encoding and decoding throughputs in MB/s for each compressor. These measurements will come with all sorts of caveats:

• They will be noisy because they depend on the hardware they are run on
• The compilation to WASM adds some overhead because it sacrifices speed for reproducability
