Can not bypass DPI?

I have a server and a client, both has WG ready to run. They can handshake and even pass 4-5 ping requests and then DPI strikes. I have wg-obfuscator on both ends. But it also can not establish connection. With STUN masking or not -- same error. See attached logs

This terrifies me.
I've been running it for 10 days straight without any issues.
Build v1.5.
Did it happen recently?
Did you use the same key for both?
The logs says Failed to decode packet from ...

I've been testing new VPS location. And this particular location in Spain is somehow cursed: pure ssh connection freeze around initial handshake in 85% of attempts if I try to connect from Moscow, and works perfectly from other places. DPI blocking is really annoying!
