Outlining all "Meta" keys/values

The documentation lacks an outline of all the key/value pairs that can be passed to Models and Fields. Without this, user are not utilizing the full power of Cockpit and will continue to open feature requests for things that are already possible in the current build.

Is there a good way to infer these key values from the source code?
I'd be happy to contribute to the documentation.
