delete/archive assignments repositories

The course is over and even the repositories do not contain healthy and worthy contents to be there.

the two things:

• deleting them will be a questionable thing that the assignments which are done are also remove
• archive them will work but still we will have many repositories for no purpose.
• the mixed option - delete the repositories which do not have content - assignments not done

Also, list the repositories in this issue, any action done on.
