Incorrect generation of array outparms

I'm aware of this and there's a few possible solutions, the simplest I've thought of is just wrapping the array in a struct, and using the struct as the out reference in the function instead of the array itself; since there is no clean way to do a c style array reference like that. Can just memcpy it easily too without having to change much related to how function code is generated in the sdkgen.
