Opt in and out of auth methods #201

Description
Currently any auth method can be used with any token. But in many cases Query and Path auth can be more vulnerable to leaking via cache, etc.
So it would be benefitial to allow for opting in and out of some transport methods.
Solution
Add api.auth.tokens and api.auth.methods, as well as allowing to override methods for each token separatly.
