Deprecate/Remove MinIO integration

On the 14th of Feb the MinIO project was archived on GitHub and it is no longer maintained (there is more in this blog post too).

Because of this, I think we should also deprecate our integration to avoid rolling forward with something that may put the community at risk.

@Harold-Morgan - you're listed as the CODEOWNER for this, do you have any opinion on this? Is there another platform that should roll in as a replacement?

Yeah, it's unfortunate. I think we should processed with integration deprecation.

As of alternatives - I've been thinking about rolling in Ceph or Garage lately. Maybe I'll present new integration sometime in the future.
