Failed to grant temporary data access

Hello.

I am trying to use the DIRT to conduct soybean roots analyses for my master's project.
There is an error happening everytime that I try to run an analysis. The advertisement being shown is "failed to grant temporary data access".
I would like to know, please, how I could fix this error and run my analyses.

Actually, I don´t have this issue anymore, my analyses got really well, thank you.
I have a new doubt, maybe you would be able to helpe me, please. I am having a trouble to analyse my results, especially to identify each units of measurement are being used. Would you be able to anwer me, please?
