Channels for content

Channels are different outputs of content.
Each channel can use a custom template.
There is a default channel.
Each channel can have a custom content type.

No idea how to select a channel. Maybe with file ending. .html to select html channel or .Jain for json channel

Maybe channels should be used to generate the json for the deactivated API endpoints.
