Is there an existing issue for this?

Have you loaded the SQANTI3.env conda environment?

Problem description

Having the output of of the examples checked into git means that any change in the output, including file paths, results in modifies files.

However, this could be the beginning of a test suite for SQANTI3. with select output files becoming expected results that are compared to the output files
when the tests are run.
