Problem description

IsoAnnotLite assigns the transcript ID also as ID to the corresponding protein. This causes different transcripts that produce the exact same identical protein to have different protein IDs. This causes problems downstream e.g. that tappAS expression analyses at the CDS level are the same as at the transcript level.
