Step 2 is defined as and also has the url as:
- Fire up your browser and visit the following page (substitute the domain name with that of yours) -
http://www.yoursite.com/couch/gen_htaccess.php
It should be defined as:
http://www.yoursite.com/couch/gen_htaccess.php
The gen\htaccess.php should be gen_htaccess.php
