Upload files using the Api

Hi,
I've been trying this for the last 2 days put can not figure it out.
As a reseller I want to create new cpanel account and upload my app in it.
I create the account, create database in it, create dbuser etc.

But how can I use the api to upload the files of the app?

Once you create the account, you can upload your app/files using ssh or ftp.

This would mean I have to save the password, which I don't want to do fir security reasons.
I would like to use UAPI Fileman files_upload or API2 Fileman filesupload called via general api (xml_query)

It seams that I call the function successfully, But it always returns: "You must specify at least one file to upload."
It looks like that calling cpanel function via UAPI works for all but for the files variables.
May it doesn't make POST as it should in this case?
