Use minestom-ce

Since the main Minestom is quite inactive, someone forked the project & created a "Community Edition" of the project named minestom-ce
It has updated commits that continue support for recent versions of Minecraft and some patches that fix some issues with the main project.
However, it also has some breaking changes like the removal of loggers & extensions, which are briefly logged in their CHANGELOG.

So there are a few things I need to do before switching to the fork

• Replace extension with hscore-expansion
• Implement a simple permission system, with Event
• Implement slf4j-compatible Logger & LineReader for console input
• Fork MinestomPvP to remove extension
• Use forked MinestomPvP

Minestom-CE is now archived an has been merged back into Minestom. However, the breaking changes still exist.
