Inalid CHAIN_SPECS entry 0x7a69 #43

Expected Behavior
Test information should not be published in an SDK.
Actual Behavior
The CHAIN_SPECS object contains an entry for chain id 0x7a69, which is the id of Hardhat network. This configuration is not common to all Hardhat test environments, and is invalid in most cases.
I'm not going to PR because it might break something, but this entry should be removed.
