Omnimeter readouts can be un-readable #305

Description

@Autoskip

When the numbers in an omnimeter readout are fluctuating (usually because they’re on some sort of threshold), the entire line of the readout jumps side to side thanks to the fact that it’s just stringing it all together - if each number had a set length of space that it took up, it would be a lot more readable, since only that number would be moving.

The easiest way to see it is with a Smelter being powered by a solar heater and one ceramic cable (though admittedly in that case, the jumping isn’t much of a problem - it’s more of a problem when there are multiple variables in a line, like the stirling generator).
