Appointment Not Reflected in My Appointments Dashboard

Hi, I am a GSSoC'25 Contributor.
When booking an appointment with a doctor, the appointment is not being added to the "My Appointments" dashboard. This breaks the core functionality of tracking scheduled appointments. I will investigate and fix the issue so that newly booked appointments are properly stored and displayed in the dashboard.
I would like to work on this alone.
Kindly assign this issue to me.

@batradilshan18 please check again. As long as i have tested, its displaying the appointments you have booked.
