When booking an appointment, users are required to provide a "Reason" for the visit. However, the reason is not displayed in the "My Appointments" dashboard after booking.
- Go to "Book Appointment"
- Select a doctor, date, and provide a "Reason"
- Book the appointment
- Navigate to "My Appointments" dashboard
- Notice that the "Reason" is missing
The "Reason" for each appointment should also be displayed in the "My Appointments" dashboard, so that patients can keep track of why the appointment was booked.
