CI fails when trying to build the Docker container

The audimance Docker image is stale, causing errors in audimance-demo. This appears to be due the CI pipeline for this repository being broken.

As far as I can tell, we're failing to build the Docker image, in the Dockerfile on line 6:

Error: 0.351 main.go:26:12: pattern all:app/*: no matching files found

Looks like this failure is related to installing dependencies with npm:

Run npm ci
npm ERR! Cannot read property '@3den.club/resonance-audio' of undefined

We're using an old version of Node in CI, so this seems like a good place to start.
