Event Issue Reporting #46
Description
Note: This is not referring to Github Issues, this is specifically so we don't end up polluting the github issues with problems for an individual event.
Event#Show must have a button to report any issues with an event. A report must contain, the event the reason, the user and a message. Issues would be emailed to website email.
Reasons:
- Typo
- Update Details
- Cancelled
- Duplicate
- Other
