Language missing (tei:div[type='edition']/@xml:lang)

Some DCLP files don‘t have a language attribute, e.g. https://github.com/DCLP/idp.data/blob/master/DCLP/1/555.xml#L101

It would be favourable, however, if we could provide lanuage information for these stubs like with the other files:

@jcowey suggested that we ask Trismegistos for a language list for a given set of TM numbers.
