[Feature] Allow Omni Accelerator Enchant

[Chiral-Conjugate]

many items can Enchanted to Obtain feature，like Knowledge Gem or Ender Splice.but Omni Accelerator cannot Enchanted.

some suggestions：
Voiding/Indestructible--Make tnt or Incandescent Amalgam`s explosion indestructible block
Sniper--Increase the velocity of projectiles
Inertia--when holding right button ，increase the velocity of projectiles and more faster than Sniper
Efficiency--Reduce charging time

Omni Accelerator reminds me creates Potato Cannon and Immersive Engineerings Railgun,but Omni Accelerator more like toy than weapon( its good,but the strength of the Omni Accelerator is entirely focused on firing Incandescent Amalgam(in 1.9 Primordial Fire damage got nerfed，nooo) or Evernectar ，oh,Royal True Damage)Omni Accelerators magazine only had one Bundle size ,when fire cant Stack Item ,reload was trouble.Need like Present box's way instead of Bundle's way.and Omni Accelerator too expensive its NEED MOONSTONE CORE else that needs Moonstone Cores are stat monsters; this thing sticks out like a sore thumb. This is so expensive, why don't you just go rob a bank? (Though technically, we do rob Preservation Turrets for it) either needs a buff to stats or a nerf to cost. We already lack anti-air options; if this isn't changed, it will just become toy
but 1.9.0 has just been updated, implementation (me) will wait take a long time. sad :(
