POLAR@3: Live-updates for configuration

Current situation:

POLAR distinguishes between configuration options and store parameters:

• Configuration options can be set exactly once (at creation).
• Store parameters can be set at anytime.
• Configuration options are (sometimes) used to initialize store parameters.

This leads to the following situation:

• To configure something initially, use a configuration parameter.
• To change this value later, use a (maybe different-named) store parameter.

Proposal:

The initial configuration via DOM properties should set "normal" store parameters.
Configuration parameters whose changes are not considered are deprecated.
We migrate - step-by-step - to a situation where every configuration parameter can be changed at anytime, if possible.
The old configuration parameters will be removed as soon as there is a replacement in store.

Example:

Old:

• DOM property configuration.oidcToken sets oidcToken in store once

New:

• DOM property oidcToken sets and live-updates oidcToken in store
