miniterm bug and mimux crash

Hi Dcraftbg,

I just founded two bugs on the miniterm and mimux
when you click backspace button on teh keyboard, the cursor will move back but deleted character is still showing
but in the tty/mimux deleted character will clear from screen.

and mimux sometime crashes with this output:
