Version 4.0.8 doesn't start

Actual behavior:

Version 4.0.6 didnt work, so I tried to update it to 4.0.8 but that didnt change anything. The starting screen is frozen like in the screenshot down below (was the same with the 4.0.6 version).

What are your environment parameters?

• DeFiCh/app Version: 4.0.6/4.0.8
• Operating System (OS): Windows 11 Home (22H2)
  – RAM (GB): 16
  – CPU (Intel Core i5/i7/etc.): Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8565U CPU @ 1.80GHz 1.99 GHz
• Current free storage capacity:

I have the same problem with v4.0.6 und v4.0.9 after a complete new install (windows 10).
i tried also a install on Windows Server with the same error.
i get the error "config fail no data found"
i start the defid.exe manuel, but id did not help.
