Compose Browser from AggregateCatalog #18
Description
We turned of dynamic browser composition because of issues with NuGet packaging and pathing issues. In the BrowserFactory we commented code in IBrowser Compose() to hard code to instantiate the browser. We need to find a way to package, distribute and consume plug-ins that will allow us to uncomment this code again.
