Issue with running program - videosplit_sklearn not defined and ffprobe

When I run the start program i get videosplit_sklearn not defined error, when i change the import from videosplit to videosplit_sklearn it then shows ffprobe error with "cannot find real installation of FFMPEG ". Please solve this issue, I specified the correct path during the input also
