Support multiple devices per user (multi-device / multi-token support)

First of all, I really love this project — great work and super helpful.

While integrating Notifire, I noticed that each user currently has only one FCM token. In many real applications, a user can be logged in on several devices at the same time, and ideally notifications should be sent to all of them.

Would you consider adding support for multiple FCM tokens per user?
Being able to send a notification to every device a user owns is a pretty common requirement, and it would make Notifire even more flexible.

Also, if this is something you'd like to add, I'd be happy to contribute and open a PR for it.
Just let me know if you'd be open to that or if you have any guidelines/preferences for the implementation.

+1 I was about to start using your package and noticed this too. Well I guess I can add my own management layer to store multiple tokens per user. Out of the box having the fcm_token be directly on the user row makes no sense because it's quite common for users to use multiple devices, to use IOS and Android and Web versions.

In fact, this problem is very easy to solve, here is an example of my implementation

I have a database of user devices, there is a Devices model, in it I specified use HasFcm, while I receive all his devices from the user

in the Notification class in the toFcm method, I use this
