Context menu request on the timeline redraws everything

This could be an external mechanic in Qt we need a workaround

### How to reproduce:
Have more than 10 layers(rows)
```c++
animModel.insertRows(0, 15);
```
Right click(request menu) then the menu will come up very slowly because everything is redrawn for some reason
