[Feature Suggestion] Showing Just Update Window For Company Users

Hello,
A setting that only allows the update window to be displayed would be great. So UniGetUI can be used in multi-user environments, such as companies and institutions. In companies and institutions, users are not expected to install programs or uninstall existing installations. Therefore, users in these environments should only be able to perform updates. So they should't see install and uninstall windows. Of course, this setting should not be in the program itself, but rather stored in a separate file, such as a JSON file that user can't find and change. (By the way if you say updating a package requires admin privilages, we can do it via group policy, it's not a problem)
