Feature Request: Add the ability for server admins to have the bot ignore nicknames and read people's Discord's Display names.

A feature request I have for the TTS bot is the ability for admins of servers to force the TTS bot to ignore people's nicknames for the given Discord server and instead read their Discord Display name. I have been in multiple calls where people have long nicknames with their usernames at the start and a phrase or something in quotes at the end, the bot reads the entire name outloud and it can be rather frustrating to deal with at times.
