RDF - Fix geolocalisations of the events with geocoding web-service #29
Description
We must fix the latitude and longitude of the events place (not valid in the XML patio) with a geocoding web-service like : https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/geocoding/
When we parse the XML document we must use the external web-service to find the geo point.
