Critical bug: Regular chat history auto-clears without deletion

This is a critical and reproducible issue related to chat history loss.

A regular (non-secret) 1-to-1 chat automatically clears its entire message
history after a long period of time (months or years) WITHOUT any deletion
action from either participant.

Confirmed facts:

• The chat is NOT a secret chat
• Auto-delete is NOT enabled
• Neither participant deleted the chat (confirmed by both sides)
• The entire chat history disappears completely
• This issue has occurred multiple times

Case 1:
The chat history disappeared simultaneously for BOTH participants.
Both users confirmed that no deletion was performed.

Case 2:
Later, the same issue occurred again, but this time the entire chat history
disappeared only on one participant’s side.
Again, no deletion was performed by either user.

This behavior strongly indicates a server-side cleanup, data retention,
or synchronization bug, not a client-side or user-triggered action.

This results in irreversible loss of user data.
