Narrator screen not showing text when FOV changed

Just noticed this at the beginning of the game, I'm using update 9.
Here the 2 screenshots:

FOV changed at 60

FOV default at 45

Hey, thanks for the report. I have not been able to reproduce this bug with my fov set to 66.
I'll try again in a moment at 60. Though it does seem to have effected the perspective.

At an fov of 60, I still cannot reproduce this.

Looks like this is caused by Fullscreen mode.
Edit 3:
With further testing, this bug is partially caused by the upgrading done by the remaster team. The routine that updates the location of the text only runs 30 times a second (It assumes 30 fps) my guess is that something that happens in fullscreen/borderless messes with it and produces unintended effects. This can be seen here.

It happens in all 3 window modes for me, both in english and italian.

I can't get it to happen in Windowed mode. I have a couple potential solutions in mind. I'll update you whenever I get to fixing it. At the moment I am focused on more game breaking bugs.
