[FeatureRequest]: toggle display of spaces and tabs #479

In most code applications, its possible to display spaces and tabs. A way of toggling this in DWC would be useful to ensure the user doesn't mix using spaces and tabs in a file

be able to display spaces and tabs in the standard form supported by Monaco

Edit files offline. not very useful
