how 2 test clock

1. get tom's special version of arduino
2. run strandtest from the Adafrult neopixel libraries.
3. change pin to 5 then upload
4. make sure power pin is connected between clock board and arduino. on clock board, white wire is connected to pin furthest away from the 1 in "ISP1". also black = ground, white = 5 V on arduino.
5. touch red dangling wire to outer middle pin of LED 10 (should be a wire sticking out of it to make this easy)
