It's probably because nobody makes Mixed charts in MM+ (since that's completely broken too), but Slide Chains are broken when playing the normal rhythm game. The Editor seems to show them fine in the timeline, and the preview window also displays it. But as soon as you press the Test Play button (or in the actual game), the sliders appear as just a single slide.
