Instructions to reconstruct rpkg from folder?

I no longer have a working ngage or 3300; but I would quite like to try out eka2l1 for either.

The problem is that all of the system roms I have are paired with an older RAW Z drive backup.
Is it possible to reconstruct a .rpkg from a folder on a computer?
