but i cannot found this repo, can you update your docs.

According to this document, it's not necessary to access 'https://github.com/Eclipse-Laboratories-Inc/solar-eclipse.git' in order to set up a node.

Nether binary or source code is provided so there is no way to start a RPC node.
According to the document, agave-validator cannot be used because it would be incompatible.
