[Core] NDS

Nintendo DS has been either the most requested or second most requested feature for Eclipse for ages. Two core options are:

• MelonDS
• DeSmuMe

MelonDS seems to be more accurate, so it might be nice to go with it, though its more taxing on the system from what I've heard. If we allow for users to pick which core they use it'd be nice to support both.

if you're going to be supporting lower end devices, i suggest adding DeSmuMe as a option as well, i know it can run really well on A6 devices and full speed on A7+
